Implementation of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009, Report to the Scottish Parliament 2019
Following Kemnay having been made a Potentially Vulnerable Area (PVA), discussions ongoing on priorities for work and levels of risk denoted on National Flood Risk Assessment (NFRA) maps. More information on NFRA here. Further consultation between Aberdeenshire Council and SEPA will take place. Some information received on levels of risk identified on NFRA maps for Kembhill Park (KP) & Milton Meadows (MM), with KP noted as medium and MM high.
